FAQs
Buy, renew or reactivate a 12-month Veo subscription during our 2026 Black Friday promotion and get 3 extra months free.
Already an active customer: we add 3 months to your current term, whenever you buy during the promo.
New or reactivating customer: we extend your subscription to a fixed date depending on when you buy:
– Bought in October 2026 → runs to 31 January 2028 (renews 1 Feb 2028).
– Bought in November/December 2026 → runs to 28 February 2028 (renews 1 March 2028).
No. You only pay for your 12-month plan. The extension is free.
Your 3 free months start when your subscription is activated. If your camera arrives late, you don’t lose any free time.
Orders ships within 5 days. Your tracking number comes by email when it ships. Larger orders arrive in several boxes, which may come on different days.
Any plan on a 12-month term (excluding Veo Go). The 24 and 36-month terms also qualify. The free extension is still 3 months.
Only your current term is extended. Your renewal terms are unchanged, so it renews normally afterwards.
Yes, the prepaid amount matches your plan price including any add-ons.
Reactivation with 12+3 is available. Please contact Veo Support to set it up.
Yes, your subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time, and you’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
The camera and the subscription are billed separately, so you’ll see two lines.
Your plan and renewal date are in your Clubhouse > Settings > Subscription.
If they don’t match your order confirmation, reply with your order number.
You’ll get a welcome email from Veo when your camera ships. Use the link in the email to create your login and set up your Clubhouse. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder.
Missed chances happen. This shouldn’t be one.
